In the fall of 1996, Brandon founded the Steffen Group. Brandon's vision was to develop an auction company that specialized in major real estate auctions. He has used his leadership skills to direct the company into becoming a leader and pioneer in the auction industry. During the past decade, Brandon has built lasting relationships and affiliations with top brokerage firms, lending institutions, clients, and colleagues by guiding his sellers through the entire process from the beginning to a successful conclusion.

Joshua P. Lewis Vice President

Josh serves as The Steffen Group's Vice President. Josh is responsible for project management and communications, as well as overseeing the marketing operations. He has played an integral role in the sale of millions of dollars of real estate and assets.

Marketing & Administrative Assistant

- A Marketing & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day marketing operations, as well as providing administrative support to management. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be computer proficient. Proficiency in Photoshop or InDesign, and web experience preffered. 25 - 35 hrs / week.
