Blake joined the Steffen Group in December 2024, bringing with him 14 years of real estate experience. His journey into real estate began with an internship at a local company in Bluffton, Indiana, during his senior year of high school, where he gained valuable insights into the industry. Since then, Blake has remained passionate about interacting with people, learning their stories, and helping them navigate the sometimes complex world of buying and selling homes.

Blake thrives on helping buyers secure an accepted offer, particularly in today’s challenging market. He also finds great fulfillment in guiding sellers through the sometimes emotional process of parting with long-time family homes that hold sentimental value and memories.

Being a proud husband and dad to three girls, Blake’s family is at the heart of everything he does. When he’s not working, you’ll find Blake playing pickleball or enjoying the summer with his family on the lake, boating and making memories together.
