AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 12% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the final purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.

Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, April 1st from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.

Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in house through Shipping Saint. All costs associated with shipping including boxes, materials and handling will be paid by the Buyer. $5 handling fee added for a small, single auction lot, and additional fee for additional lots or an auction lot with bulk items. We For questions regarding shipping, contact Auctioneer prior to the closing day of the auction. The items will be packed and then an invoice will be sent for payment through shipping saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through shipping saint.
