IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth auction pickup experience, please review the following instructions carefully:

Pickup Time
If you cannot pick your items up during the designated pickup times or if you have not made arrangements with the auctioneer prior to bidding, please refrain from bidding on items. It is essential to pickup your items within the specified time frame.

Bring Your Own Loading Assistance
* You are responsible for loading your own items, including furniture and heavy items.

*While The Steffen Group staff will be on-site to direct and facilitate the pickup process, unfortunately, they will not be able to assist in loading items.

*If you are unable to load the items yourself or do not have the necessary help, please do not bid.


Packing Materials
You must supply your own packing materials, including boxes, bubble wrap, or other protective items necessary for transporting your purchases.


These guidelines aim to ensure a seamless and efficient pickup process while maintaining fairness for all bidders. Be prepared and adhere to the rules for a hassle-free experience.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Method of Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 15% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the final purchase price. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.

Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, May 5th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the property located at 309 W. Market St, Bluffton, Indiana.

Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and the Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.

Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in-house through Shipping Saint. Large items will be shipped using More Than Mail, Pak Mail or Similar (NOT ALL ITEMS QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING - CALL SALE MANAGER FOR CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS). All costs associated with shipping, including boxes, materials, and handling, will be paid by the Buyer. A $5 handling fee is added to all invoices requesting shipping. For questions regarding shipping, contact the Auctioneer prior to the closing day of the auction. We cannot ship with an outside shipping label being sent to the shipping department. Any invoice total of $500.00 or more will also be shipped with and adult signature required. The items will be packed, and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint or the Outside Shipping Company.

All purchases are made "As-Is, Where-Is" based entirely on the personal inspection and or opinion of the purchaser and without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Statements made sale day take precedence over printed matter.
